It is important for those looking to grow in their career to always act curious, ask questions, and be emotionally intelligent.
I find inspiration from other chefs like David Kinch, Paul Carmichael, Alexander Gauthier, and Sota Atsumi, as well as people who work in the arts such as Li-Young Lee, Alex Becarra, and Charlie White.
For self-care, I head to the gym at least three times a week.
