Always keep your knife dry. Constantly wipe during use.

Wash your knife with warm water and soap.

If there are minor stains or discolorations, use ajax and a wine cork to clean.

Use water stones to sharpen knives periodically.

If you have carbon Knives, coat the knife in a thin layer of oil to prevent rusting when stored.

Avoid using HARD cutting boards to help the knife stay sharp longer..

Don't put your knife in the dishwasher!!!!
