In the restaurant industry, it’s definitely about finding the work/life balance.
I regularly make sure to spend time with my family, and set aside time for travel and personal trips.
I find inspiration when dining at new restaurants, traveling to other markets that my restaurants are not in, and exploring what’s trending in the media.
