All of us know that no two days are ever the same, so the best thing you can do is adapt and keep an open mind when tackling any task. This mindset has not only helped me get through my day-to-day since I stepped into the hospitality industry, but has also led me to my current position that I didn’t even know I would be so passionate about.

Making a move out of the Back of House and venturing into an office/admin role at Boka Restaurant Group has had the most significant impact on my career, leading me to a career path that I never imagined.
