Founder & CEO | Panso
I find inspiration in silence. In a world filled with noise and constant stimulation, clarity and creativity tend to show up when things get quiet. That stillness allows me to tune into intuition and think from a place of purpose rather than reaction.

Advice from Britney Ziegler

Quotes about career path, skills, and teamwork from an industry leader.
I focus on creating space for autonomy and appreciation among my team.
People are most inspired when they feel trusted, seen, and valued. Our team operates with transparency and gratitude — sharing the why behind decisions, celebrating wins, and making learning part of our daily rhythm. We also know that each new day is something we’re experiencing together for the first time, which keeps us curious, collaborative, and open to new perspectives. Growth happens when people feel both supported and challenged, and we lead with that balance in mind.
Walking has become my non-negotiable practice.
It’s an active meditation that clears my mind, reconnects me with my surroundings, and gives me space to process ideas or simply slow down and breathe.
One lesson that has always stayed with me throughout my career is the importance of showing up with professionalism and kindness, even in challenging situations.
How you show up when things are difficult says far more about your character and leadership than when things are going well. Because our business is rooted in service, maintaining kindness — not only toward our customers but also toward everyone involved in the process — is essential. Authenticity, respect, and composure open more doors than force ever could, and they help cut through the noise of those who aren’t operating from a place of truth.
A piece of advice that’s stayed with me is, “Why do something good when you can do something great?” It taught me the difference between simply finishing something and truly caring about the outcome.
It’s a constant reminder to go beyond checking boxes and to create work that reflects both excellence and intention.
When hiring, I look for qualities you can’t train:
kindness, gratitude, curiosity, and accountability. I value people who are self-starters — those who take initiative, care deeply about contributing to something larger than themselves, and aren’t afraid to ask for help when needed. Skills can be taught; character and drive cannot.
