My source of inspiration comes from my parents who moved to the US from Tanzania in 1986.
They persevered and worked hard to provide my siblings and me with a better life and opportunities for success. Witnessing their resilience, determination, and sacrifice was a powerful source of inspiration for me. They instilled in me a strong work ethic, a sense of gratitude and a drive to succeed. They demonstrated the importance of perseverance, adaptability, and humility, which have proven to be valuable life lessons that I have carried with me throughout my life.
Flexibility is essential for work-life balance.
It allows me to adapt to changing circumstances and meet the needs of my employer. In today's fast-paced and constantly changing work environment, as employees, we need to be able to adjust our work style, hours, and location to accommodate changing priorities and unexpected situations.
