Who should apply?
Students and aspiring culinarians who are interested in studying the culinary arts, baking and pastry, hospitality management, food studies, agriculture, sustainability, and food security are encouraged to apply.

What types of scholarships are offered?

Cash grants and tuition waivers are for students
Grants by the Jean-Louis Palladin Professional Work/Study program for culinary professionals

Hurry, the deadline to apply is May 15, 2017!
Recipients will be notified by the end of August (2017).
